Here's my configuration: CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9400 Motherboard: MSI P45-8D (MS-7532) (3 PCI, 1 PCI-E x1, 1 PCI-E x16, 4 DDR2 DIMM, 4 DDR3 DIMM, Audio, Gigabit LAN) Motherboard Chipset: Intel Eaglelake P45 RAM: 4096 MB (DDR3-1333 DDR3 SDRAM) Video: ATI Radeon HD 4870 (RV770) 512MB Audio: Realtek ALC888/1200 @ Intel 82801JB ICH10 - High Definition Audio Controller HDD: SAMSUNG HD502IJ ATA Device (500 GB, 7200 RPM, SATA-II) I'm new to this. 3DC Posted August 27, 2009 Author Share Posted August 27, 2009 I tried installing some older version from iDeneb and iAtkos. Well, the far as I got: it installed, but didn't boot to the desktop. xieandy Posted August 27, 2009 Share Posted August 27, 2009 you should try 10.5 b4 attacking 10.6, if you cant even get one of those hackie disk installed there is no way you can get the retail disk to work. 64bit complicates a lot along the line w/ 64bit supported drivers Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
