davidcmc
Hello. I just installed Leopard in my external USB HD with Retail DVD and boot-132 method. Everything is working fine, it boots correctly. When I run Chameleon 2.0 RC2 installer, everything goes fine. It installs everything and I reboot my PC. During boot proccess, I push F12 and select the External USB HD as boot device but then nothing happens. It stays on the "Verifying DMI Pool Data" and nothing happens. I can boot Leopard using the boot-132 CD, but I want to install Chameleon and boot the HD without the need of CD. Can anyone help me? Thanks. PS: HD is MBR Partitioned in 2 HFS+ partitions. davidcmc
Nevermind. I've removed the CD from DVD Drive (IDE) and the USB Stick from front connector and it seems that Chameleon is working properly now. imacken
I found that. Quite often my install won't boot properly with a Flash drive or wireless adaptor in USB slots. Works fine when I take them out and retry.
