billbaio
I have installed iDeneb 1.4 10.56 on my system, dual boot XP and iDeneb using Acronis boot selector. The OS x 86 sits on a separate parallel ATA hard drive while when using XP, two sata drives are available. Install went pretty well after several tries. After getting a working installation, kernel panics started happening randomly? There are other issues, e.g., DVD palyer software says no graphics device is available for playback. The lan hardware is nforce on the motherboard. I have been having a hell of a time with my isp who is, I believe, having packet loss issues. I am on a wifi isp. I am begining to suspect the loss of internet connection may be causing the panics. I have attached a picture of the last panic which happened while I was trying to update my signature on this board. My experience with OS X 86 is nil. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/177732-kernel-panic/ Share on other sites

My experience with OS X 86 is nil. Well, I got the graphics working correctly. Had to flash the rom on the Geforce 7300 GT to get OS X to read the correct amount of memory. Also had to change the IO Probe Score to 0 in the info.plist inside NVinjectGo.kext Still have my kernel panics when trying to surf the web. billbaio
Looks like "cpus-1" is going to fix the kernel panics. I have the nforce chipset and am also using the nforce ethernet xhipset. So far soooooo good! Yipeeee Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/177732-kernel-panic/#findComment-1216461 Share on other sites
