What version of OSx86 for my hardware?

Hi Guys,

 

I am very new at this wonderful world, I have finally managed to get my computer booting with Leo4All V3 but it is not working properly with the following problems:

 

- sound doesn't work,

- does not go to sleep

- cannot ajust the resolution

- does not detect the onbaord wifi

 

I am not sure what else to chek for but please tell me and I will be able to chek.

 

The hardware:

 

- Q6600

- Asus P5W Dh Deluxe

- ATi X1950 Pro

- 1TB Hitachi 0A38016

 

I understand that the P5W DH Deluxe is fully compatable with mac so I was wondering what the best version of OSx86 to use is. I read that Kalyway 10.5.1 is the best version to use but when I tried with that I got the "installation failed" message while installing and the system would not boot.

 

Installing a new version is not a prblem as I do not have any of my stuff on there yet.

 

Any help/suggestions/advice will be much apprichiated.
