loukall
I am trying to install with a retail dvd (I have one for Macbook which is 10.5.6 and one for Mac Computers that is 10.5.4). I have a boot disc BOOT-KABYL-BUMBY.ISO and it boots into it fine, and then I insert my Mac disc (either one) and It goes to the grey apple and then it goes to a blueish screen and the spinning wheel just stays up in the left hand corner. I have a Intel Centrino SSE3 Sony Vaio CS with 4 Gigs of RAM and 320 Gigs of HD. Right now, I have Ubuntu--should I use my Ubuntu Live disc to partition my HD before I try to install? I'm not sure where I'm missing a step in this process. Any help is greatly appreciated. loukall
I was able to do an install with a Kalyway disc, but now I have no internet not even an ethernet cable. What do I do next?
