Hi all, I have never ran Leopard, but I am a seasoned vet with 10.4.8 through 10.4.11. My basic question is if I can boot off of the DVD and erase my NTFS partition, or will it not be recognized at all like in 10.4. The reason I ask is because I have a 40GB partition I cannot part with, and do not want to erase the whole hard drive. There is no OS on that partition either, so does my main partition have to be FAT like in 10.4? If so, how can I do this without another OS installed?

Leopard Disk Utility can read NTFS volumes......so you can format it as HFS+......
