aussenboarder
Hello. I wonder if it is possible to add more entries into the list of screen resolutions under System Preferences / Display. My installation runs in VMware and therefore I would like to use the full resolution of my notebook which is 1440x900. On the other hand I often use my external screen which runs on 1280x1024. Though, none of the resolutions is listed - only the default which is 1024x768 in my case. I already read about /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/com.apple.Boot.plist - since it creates a permanent setting and does not accept multiple values - I can not follow this idea. Further, I read about DisplayConfigX - I don't have my network set up to register the application. Moreover, I would prefer a free solution. I appreciate your advices. Cheers, aussenboarder Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/166930-multiple-display-resolutions/ Share on other sites
