Hey,

when I installed Mac OS X 10.5.7 retail, I installed on a 30G partition, so now I'm stuck with about 20GB left and another Partition with the rest of my space on!

Is there anyway to fill up the space so I can get the whole space? I do not want to format, uninstall or delete my current partition.

Thanks.

Weird. I can do that on mine.

Here, any free space on an existing partition can be converted to a new partition. Then I can drag and resize them all I want.

Are you using GUID or MBR partition scheme?

GUID

my drive is also not Journaled

Well that could be why. I don't know. I'm using GUID, journaled, non case sensitive myself.

Maybe it's possible to convert it to Journaled? Don't know if it'll help.

I think I saw an option to do that in Leopard Cache Cleaner (which is excellent btw, I think everyone should use it):

(unregistered version is fully functional).

Sorry I can't be of more help. It's pretty straightforward here, I don't know what can be wrong on your end.

It has to be HFS+ ( Mac OS Extended Journaled) otherwise it wont go!

You could use Gparted to resize, but why did you choose un-journaled??!

Just enable journaling in the Disk Utility File menu!!! Then resize it!
