techweenie1
SSL Support seems to be missing, I can't access hotmail in anything web related, and I can't connect to Jabber in iChat when SSL is checked/ticked, anyone else observe this...and since I'm not at my MacTel right now (at work), can someone check and see if /usr/bin/openssl exists? domino
I concur. I run gmail, Web Host Manager, and CPanel. All require SSL. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/1641-i-want-my-ssl/#findComment-10361 Share on other sites

Stratus Fear
The problem is that the certificates aren't installed correctly in /System/Library/Keychains. This happens when the OS isn't installed by booting off the disc. You can grab the certificates from a working Tiger system that was installed the usual way and putting them in this folder. cyrana
Then why does it work w/some people? I have a deadmoo image that works just fine... I did delete all existing uers before loading though (cleared the netinfo db). Why the deadmoo image works? Maybe it was fixed the correct way before release. Dunno.
