walkz187 Posted April 17, 2009 Share Posted April 17, 2009 im using pci firewire card on a hackintosh, the instal went fine on to my PC,and on to my laptop with logic 8 and with my laptop all i use to connect my MOTU 8pre firewire was a pcimicia card worked perfect. so i tried to do this with my desktop. but it doesnt pick up the pci card. is there some way of getting this to show up. or should i tried another brand of firewire card. if a new card what brand and chipset should i be looking for? im running osx 10.5.6 normal vanilla kernal nvidia 256 patch remove firewire patch jmicron patch inch8 patch Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
