I have been trying to install mac on my computer for many days so far.

some days, I would only try to get it working and do nothing else, and so far I have failed. I feel like I have wasted too much time on this, but I am sure that I can figure this out.

Here is my System.

CPU:

AMD Athlon 64x2 4800+ Brisbane 2.5Ghz x 2

MOBO/ Chipset :

Asus M2R32-VM: nVIDIA GeForce 8200, AMD Hammer

HD:

WDC WD1200JB-22GVA0 ATA Device (111 GB, IDE)

RAM:

DDR-667/DDR-800

3.5G DDR

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 9400 GT (Prerelease - WDDM 1.1) (512 MB)

I have gotten the OS to install, a few errors (maybe 30 or 40.) was getting hundreds of errors, but now not so much. must be doing something right amidst the mountain of wrong I am doing.

but everytime I try to boot after I install, I always get the same thing. A halted boot up with the stop sign signal above the mac logo.

I have no idea what I am doing wrong... a bit sad to be honest.

I have tried all the kernels, not more than one per time. Have not attempted the Intel only kernels.

If anyone can give me some pointers, I would be thankful.

Thanks everyone. Hopefully I can be having a Hackin'tosh up and running sometime soon.
