depends on the wireless card, broadcom cards are still the best, mines been working since 10.4.1 though. don't know anything about the intel wireless cards but check the forums and the wiki. I'm running a dell laptop and it runs great, dvd playback is lagging but i only have a sse2 chip and 512ram... you should post what's in your rig and see if anyone has the same setup. if they are running 10.4.6 and it's running smooth you might want to give it a shot

All in all very happy like i said can't wait for video to work then i'm sold for mac os x :)

I agree, my laptop is close enough to perfect. It's extremely stable and I'm close to 100% compatibility--everything but the media card reader and PCMCIA slots work, and those are probably fixable but I don't use either.

 

'course, with GMA 900 I do have to jump start the thing with an external monitor (or a couple of staples), kind of takes me back to the old days of computing.
