AndrewNZ Posted March 16, 2009 Share Posted March 16, 2009 At Cebit, Asus revealed their upcoming netbook, EEE 1008HA, which has striking similarities to the MacBook Air, but much smaller. No hard specs announced as yet, but this looks like the way Apple might do a netbook. If they were quicker off the mark, of course, and if SJ wasn't so certain that they couldn't build a netbook for $500 that wasn't a piece of junk. Price details released - ~US$520. Video in the Register. This thing certainly doesn't look like a piece of junk though. Apologies if this has been posted before.
