Centrino-based wireless doesnt work of course. I also have a Cisco Aironet 350 wireless card which is recognized (pcmcia card shows up on the menu bar) but the Aironet client utility bombs like theres no tomorrow and I cant get the card to power on. Any ideas?

Which versoin T42's have worked with it? I have a 2378-FVU with SXGA+ display and 64mb Radeon 9600, it bomb's early in boot (during the grey-apple screen). Same install boots fine on a T40p with 64mb Radeon 9000 FireGL & SXGA+ display.

It works fine on a X31, 2673-C2U

I initialy had the deadmoo image (no wireless)

I then quit for a while and then tried to install the 10.4.4 that I downloaded but I kept getting errors on boot up that it couldn't find the boot.plist file.

I then found the 10.4/5 Myzar dvd. I installed it which then applied the 10.4.5 patch. That worked fairly well.

I then downoaded the 10.4.6 myzar update and that worked well.

No onboard wireless, but my $35 Belkin 7010 pcmcia card works great.

Only thing to complain about is the video display issues (some artifacts).

Check your messages moses.

I have the T42p
