edimaxx
Hi folks! i don't know how to install the iatkos on the vmware. I've used the iso image in the CD section (so it read the iso in the beginning) and i use FreeBSD to emulate the iso. But then i have a black screen telling me: System config file com.apple.Boot.Slist not found and that's all what i can do? thanks in advance! What distribution do you recommend me? exists a vmware+ 10.5.6 thing? thanks
530sCheapMac
hmmm... I didn't have any problems when I burned it to DVD.... I guess I thought you were avoiding using a DVD..... Burn it to DVD if you can, see if it works good luck
MercHZ
hi, i havent really installed yet (probably my amd is not compatible) but try this, I saw somewhere that there seems to be a delay of some sort, try to wait for the countdown and on the number 2 hit F8, you will be able to proceed then to the boot prompt. and hpefully you can do the parameters that you need to enter(-v -x -f etc...) good luck, i hope this works for you and eventually bring some good karma to my tests also Cheers!
