JustJonno
Ok, i have a very simple question.. is there a bootloader out there that will pick up the correct memory allocation for my PCIe graphics card? If i switch to the onboard version, i get the bootloader showing me that its a 128MB card.. only problem is that there's no DVI so it won't load into the desktop. As soon as i put in the PCIe Nvidia 8600GS 256MB, Chameleon reports it to be a 14MB graphics card.. surely this can't be right??? I'm kinda thinking that this is why i get errors with the graphics on WoW getting corrupted as its trying to load 256MB of graphics data into what it thinks is a 14MB card.. sound about right? (image attached for example..) So, my original question would be, other than Chameleon, is there another bootloader that would possibly recognise the nVidia card correctly, or is there a way i can hack into Chameleon and fix the issue? Note: i'm running Chameleon 1.0.11 and iDeneb v1.3 10.5.5 on the below specs. Thanks for any help..
