I am still stuck geting my ATOM ALC sound to work. I am using the IDENP 10.5.5 distro and tried almost every Kext found on this board without success.

 

I found this here for the ATOM MB on the board:

The Vendor ID, Subsystem and revision seems to be differend to the ATOM board.

 

The ALC662.txt above seems to be for a differnt MB.

 

Can anyone help here, or has anyone a working kext or tutorial for beginners like me.

 

working analog stereo at the rear and digital out would be great.

I have yet to get a reply on this forum but in the effort to keep trying... here is a screenshot. I would really like to get the sound working.

 

I have no some info in system profiler...but not correct. The sound control panel appears to be working as well as the volume control on the bar...but there is no sound output. Any help would be amazing
