Xibe
Here is my computer details: HP Pavillion dv2000 Laptop 1.6 GHz AMD Turion ™ 64 X2 Dual-Core Mobile Technology NVIDIA GeForce Go 6150 My goal: Currently, I have Windows 7 Beta installed. I'd like to install the very latest (if not, most stable) version of OS X. I'd like to be able to dual-boot between Windows 7 and OS X Leopard. How far I got: I downloaded the iDeneb v1.3 iso. Inserted the disc. After a few times of having problems getting into the install, I managed to get into the white startup screen with the Macintosh logo. The loading animation spins for about 9 minutes and I finally get into the language options menu. I cannot move the mouse or use the keyboard :censored2: . I'm at a loss for what to try next. What should I do? I have a spare USB mouse. My laptop has NO PS/2 thingy, so I can't try one of those. I tried using my USB mouse, but I got the same results. Also, I should mention that restarting the iDeneb installer about 7 times screwed up my startup. Instead of my normal "F10 for SETUP, ESC for Boot stuff" message.... it just said like "F2 for System Utilities." I fixed this by getting into my BIOS and resetting all my settings. This isn't a big deal... just maybe someone else will have this problem in the future. Please help! How can I accomplish my goal. I am a total noob to this OS X install stuff. Thanks for ANY help you can provide. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/147194-problem-ideneb-v13/ Share on other sites
