Zapata Posted January 12, 2009 Share Posted January 12, 2009 I'm moving my OS X installation to a HP Compaq nc8430 cuz my Mac hardware is toast. I want to move the HD from the Mac to the HP machine, what do i need to think about? Will it work in the HP machine? The nc8430 is a Core2 Duo machine with a ATI mobility X1600 video card and SATA controller, pretty similar hardware!
