Here are my specs: Q6700 4GB RAM abit ip35 Pro motherboard nvidia 8800gts 512mb I have ideneb 10.5.5 and when I tried to do the update from apple, something went wrong and my installation froze, making me reformat and reinstall OS X. Could someone explain what I need to do to be able to do the upgrade? UnaClocker Posted January 10, 2009 Share Posted January 10, 2009 You need to install iATKOS 5i, it has an EFI emulator that supports DSDT, which 10.5.6 needs. It can also run the update straight from Apple without destroying itself.
