chip22
Hello and Happy New Year. I installed on my PC iDeneb 1.3 10.5.5 on a 10 GB partition and after succesfull Install I click restart now. But I can acces bootloader. If I boot without iDeneb DVD my PC loading directly WinXP. I don't see any option to boot between XP or Leopard. If I boot with iDeneb DVD I can select F8 but install process begins again. I install Acronis OS Selector, but when I select partition with Leopard next error occurred : boot1: error. What can I do? Thanks in advance. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/144149-bootloader-problem/ Share on other sites

quis
Don't need Acronis OS Selector actually, it's slow... If you're running XP then I think tboot is the most convenient choice. 1. Get tboot and place it under C:\ 2. Open up boot.ini (hidden under C:\) 3. Modify the timeout to maybe 10, or any number you want. 4. Add a C:\tboot="Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard" entry at the bottom of [operating systems] 5. Done! As for the boot1 error just do a little search and you should get something useful. Good luck.
