Is there a way to open Toast 9 Titanium without Quartz Extreme?

Since my video card is not supported and perhaps it won't be supported soon I'm wondering if there's a way to open Toast 9 Titanium without Quartz Extreme, I've read somewhere that adding in the Defaults.plist:

<dict>

<key>SFRAcceleratedCanvas</key>

<false/>

</dict>

 

This will do the trick but unfortunately I coun't find the Defaults.plist in Toast.

 

Is there a way to make it to work?
