Help with an Averatec 4265

Ok, I've been having some trouble getting OSx86 up and running on this laptop. I know it's possible because I had it running with the same exact disc, I just don't remember which settings I used in the "Customize" menu. I just need some help choosing what's best for this setup. Any help would be great! Here's some specs...

The last time I had this working, it would boot into the "Welcome" screen, but the screen would go blank. Thanks again!
