boba899
Hi, Simple as the title suggests, I'm looking for the latest vanilla AppleACPIPlatform.kext for Leopard, not from a 10.5.6 install (I'm not sure if 10.5.6 introduced a new version, and I'm working on 10.5.5 at the moment). I have a 10.5.5 update pkg, but it isn't in there. The latest kext might be from 10.5.4, but I'd rather not download the whole 10.5.4 package just for that Cheers! mang
Any one? Just download the 10.5.4 update from Apple and extract the kext with Pacifist. boba899
Wow. Nearly three months. I'm not sure why you'd reply really, seems odd you'd stumble across this thread unless you had the same problem. In any case, the problem got solved a while ago AND you really should read the post properly: ... but I'd rather not download the whole 10.5.4 package just for that Hence the request. I'm competent with OS X on non-apple machines, but I do have limited bandwidth.
