I thought you modified the attached file at post #21 so I created a new report: deblog.rtf (that you have already downloaded)... :(;)

Is that attached on #24 ok?

Hi Marionez & Reader02,

I'm so happy that some people is trying to get this driver functional on MAC.

Couldn't be more nice if this driver would work.

Many people would get so happy + me.

sudo sh loadrelease.sh

file attribute adjusting for AttansicL1eEthernet.kext

extension AttansicL1eEthernet.kext has potential problems:

Warnings

{

"Kext has immediate dependencies on both com.apple.kernel and com.apple.kpi components; use only one style" = true

}

kextload: extension AttansicL1eEthernet.kext appears to be loadable

kextload: AttansicL1eEthernet.kext loaded successfully

its fully funcional , many thanks for this ;)

Reader02 you really made a great job, with many many compliments for your programming ability, you've been so fast ;)

Works very well!

After sleep driver doesn't start, an hard solution (workaround) could be:

kextunload /System/Library/Extensions/AttansicL1eEthernet.kext/

kextload /System/Library/Extensions/AttansicL1eEthernet.kext/

So driver re-start and now it works.

Drivetheone I'm Italian too, if you want information about that wireless driver, please try to post on a specific thread, otherwise we make some confusion. ;)

it works on my p5q!!! Thanks a million guys for your effort making the driver!!! :unsure:

please correct me if im wrong on my installation procedure:

i installed it without using terminal, i just dragged AttansicL1eEthernet.kext that can be found on build/release folder using kexthelper. After that, without restarting, I go to system preferences and confirmation box appears and it shows that a new network device has been detected. I put IP address manually and thats it! now my p5q lan is working flawlessly :unsure:

again, a million thanks for you guys for making up this driver!!!
