Mike144
Hello everyone I am new to this board but I have spent some time reading all of the relevant topics and forums and I could not seem to see this type of problem. I have been researching for a while about how to fullfill my dream of having OS X on my Dell. I installed 10.5.2 using iATKOS 2i and I managed to get everything to work (video, sound etc) except the wireless (the xps came stocked with a intel 3945abg dohh) So I heard the Dell 1390 was the way to go so I got it off of eBay and swapped it in for my intel in the WLAN slot. I turned on the comp and hoped for the best and no go. Is there something else I should do before this will work? Should I use a different installation disc? should I just reinstall it after replacing the card? Here are my specs for my XPS Intel Core 2 Duo T5450 1.6ghz 250gb HDD Nvidia 8400 gs 128mb Intel 3945abg (have the 1390 to replace it with though) 2gb PC5300 667mhz ram Sigmatel Sound (I found the 9228 driver though) The Dell Truemobile 1390 I have is the rev A04 also I have the new Dell A12 bios upgrade as well. Any help would be much appreciated, Thank you Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/140450-dell-truemobile-1390-rev-a04-on-xps-m1330/ Share on other sites
