OK, Just built my new Hack, which includes a Highpoint RocketRAID 2640X4 Controller running 4 15k RPM 73GB SAS HDDs in a RAID 0 Array. :(

The 4 SAS drives total about 270GB once formatted.

I managed to make my boot drive the 2640X4 array by doing the following:

1 - Installing iATKOS 5i to my 250GB Maxtor (233GB formated) SATA drive, then installed the 2640X4 Kext.

2 - Installed iATKOS 5i to my WD 1GB SATA drive, then installed the 2640X4 Kext.

3 - Booted from the WD drive and used Copy Cat X 4.0 to clone my Maxtor 230GB-formatted drive to the 270GB 2640X4 RAID 0 array.

4 - Went into BIOS, chose the 2640X4 as first HDD boot device & BANG! - Booting off my SAS RAID 0 array.

Only problem is, it looks like I lost 40GB in this process by cloning a 230GB HDD to a 270GB array.

I tried running Disk Utility's Verify Disk, & it said:

"Volume Header needs minor repair" (No {censored}!)

"Error: Filesystem verify or repair failed"

So, how do I get my missing 40GB Back?
