AndrewRenn Posted November 29, 2008 Share Posted November 29, 2008 Okay, so since I couldn't get mac to read my SATA hard drive, I decided I mighteswell buy an external Hard Drive. So I bought a 320 gb one for like 90 bucks, i thought that was hella cheap, thought it would be way more expensive, but anyways; I just installed mac on it, and i'm getting an issue; When I go to my boot menu to set it to start up with the usb device (the external harddrive, of course), and press enter on the USB one, it just goes to a black screen with a blinking _ at the top left, and it just stays there Any advice on what to do? Koos Ah, I don't really see any guides for the one I downloaded :/ I'm going to try to install a different one I guess..
