aspcartman
Hi everybody) I need some help. I have iAtkOS installed on my HP notebook and HD is not MBR but GUID. I wanna install Ubuntu and Windows 7 and use ubuntu's grub as main loader. There is no problems with doing all that BUT - GUID. How to work with this guy? I don't think that Linux's fdisk will recognize it properly, as windows's. My HD has two partition - main with osX and one "EFI" (what is this?). Disk utility shows only mac one. I just saw it (EFI one) somewhere, don't remeber where. I would like to use fdisk here, but i can't (what's wrong with you people? how could you possibly broke my favorite utility to this? it's unnuseble here. It does not even show my partition table whan i call it with l option. ifconfig is terrible too. It's crime agains humanity) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/137800-guid/ Share on other sites
