stajerker
After installing iDeneb 10.5.5 I get an 'error loading OS' message after restarting my machine - the install runs through fine, and I cannot hit F8 to try and start in failsafe mode (-x at the terminal or something?). I installed 3 times with different options each time. Specs are: Intel Core2duo e2200 Gigabyte EP43-DS3L Nvidia 9800GT 2gb ram IDE dvd-rom SATA2 Seagate 320gb HDD any thoughts? Suzie's Soliloquy
Your BIOS isn't recognising the Operating system on your hard drive; Try booting with the DVD and leaving it (I.E. not pressing any key to boot from DVD at the prompt), because it looks as though you haven't installed a bootloader Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/137312-error-loading-os/#findComment-971700 Share on other sites

Suzie's Soliloquy
I'm not sure why it's not supporting PS/2 keyboards; do USB keyboards work? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/137312-error-loading-os/#findComment-971724 Share on other sites
