MMatlock
Does anyone know if this is possible? i get an "unable to establish secure connection" whenever i go to any HTTPS site, but I like safari because it is very aqua. I could use firefox (i am right now) but it would be nice to know. I'm assuming this problem could potentially affect other things. Do real mac users have to deal with that? Because if so thats annoying. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/13658-any-way-to-make-safari-connect-to-https-properly/ Share on other sites

alc0h0lic
There was a bug after upgrading to 10.4.5, posted a time ago, that prevented Mail to create SSL accounts (like Gmail) and Safari to access HTTPS servers. You had to copy some file (can't remember which, sorry) from your 10.4.3 install, to make it all work again. There was a topic on this, but can't find it right now.
