axalex
My Config : P7010 Fujitsu Notebook, Intel Celeron M, Finger Print, Wireless LAN Installation went pretty much without any problem (even the built in sound card works!) except there were once point i had to press "Ignore error and continue", otherwise it's ok and I have Accronis Boot Selector working on the Dual Boot with WinXP installed on another partition. Took me couple of days to get this far. Right from the beginning the internal Mouse and Keyaboard doesnt work at all~ so i plugged in a USB Wireless Mouse and Keyboard. ok done with the installation, now the strange thing happen. I took off all the USB mouse n keyboard to see if the internal one works~ WOw the mouse work, but as soon as i press any key on the keyboard, both the mouse and keyboard stop working!! Then I have to plug in the USB keyboard mouse again in order to gain access to control this lovely osx. Any idea? Just a a few other together with this, where can i find the display, wireless LAN driver? Thanks in advance for any help and I love this! Thank you. The PS/2 mouse works fine but when I press any key on the PS/2 keyboard, both the mouse and the keyboard freezes. Someone please help us! apolloae
Well, in response to the first part of that, if you have a wireless keyboard and mouse in which the adapter is plugged into the PS/2 ports, unplug those and plug it in through USB. I got mine to work that way, and it might make it so yours doesn't freeze. I have seen quite a few laptop keyboard issues, and I'm not so sure anyone has found a good fix for it, really. It might just be something that's not for laptops...or perhaps we need to just go and buy a Mac...no, never! Fight the power! mcmcomput
I have an Averatec 6100 series notebook with the exact same issues. i had to use external USB logitech mouse and keyboard to install. The notebooks mouse works, but hitting ANY key on the keyboard kills it.
