Hi I installed 10.5.2 kalyway vanilla kernel. Before I refurnished HDD with GUID partition using Jamesd method

http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?sho...eaded&start=

My laptop HP NX9420 is recognized now as Mac Pro 3.1.

Processor: Core 2 Duo 1,67 GHz

Number of processors: 1

Number of cores: 2

1. How to check which kernel is installed?

2. How can I test graphics and system performance?

3. How can I improve performance for instance deleting useless kexts?

3. So If I use kexts on ATI x1600 and next day I start direct upgrading from Apple site 10.5.2 to 10.5.3,10.5.4, 10.5.5 will I have faults on ATIinject.kext. Will I have any possible bad consequences?
