My Notebook (Acer Aspire 5860) with these features :

 

CPU: Intel Core 2 7200 @ 2 GHz

 

North Bridge: Intel Calistoga i945GM/PM

 

South Bridge : Intel 82801 GBM ICH7-M

 

Video : Nvidia GeForce Go 7600

 

WiFi : Intel PRO/Wireless 3945ABG

 

Ethernet : Broadcom NetLink GigabitEthernet

 

I tried to install JaS Server 10.5.4 with these options:

 

Chipset driver : Intel-Ichx

 

Audio Driver: Azalia Audio

 

Device Identification: Intel ICH7 to ICH9 AHCI Controller

 

Network : broadcom driver

 

But my ethernet is down.

 

Any suggestions please ?
