Evostance
Well I have a copy of Leopard from Apple. It is a legit copy too. However, I was wondering if I can essentially create my own iDeneb instead of redownloading it. Is their an easy way to do this or is it quite complex Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/132131-creating-my-own-leopard-instead-of-downloading/ Share on other sites
dakine
You should be able to use your Leopard DVD without modifications, take a look at http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=114013 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/132131-creating-my-own-leopard-instead-of-downloading/#findComment-936796 Share on other sites
Evostance
That somewhat confused me. I apologise as this has probably been asked several times, however I find the 'tutorials' on this site somewhat complicated and confusing. Do I have to create a custom DVD or do I copy some files onto my harddrive and then create a bootloader DVD or what? If someone could just give me a brief about what to do with some links to the files I need then that would be much appreciated. EDIT: Do I just Download modified kexts: http://www.mediafire.com/?1ne1zbl4znv Run the CD from boot Swap the disk with the retail DVD Carry on the install?
