madden
Been very happy how x86 is working, except QE. But that will come in time, the big thing is why I even bothered with all this. Recording from my set top digital box and recording from my JVC HD40000 deck through firewire. When I try anything from virtualDVHS to irecord, the program crashes. virtual will crash right away but irecord will show me the 2 hardware that is connected. DCT/VCR but when try to access them for recording the kernel attack screen comes up and have to reboot. I have tried 2 different MB and 2 firewire cards and I just don't get it. I guess its possible that these programs won't work on ox x86? They are PPC, so I thought should be fine. System profile shows my firewire card and shows the 2 devices connected. Sounds all happy but something is wrong. Maybe someone that has sse3 could install the mac firewire SDK 20, this has virtual dvhs, and try to run it. See if it crashes, if so then it would give me idea that this will not run on os x86 right now. (MB that I'm using at this moment is ASRock p4i45gv) thanks all.
