overflow1972
Good morning, I have a Toshiba Satellite 5100-501 with the following hardware : CPU : Mobile Intel Pentium 4M, 1700 MHz Chipset : Intel Brookdale i845MP System memory : 512 MB (PC2100 DDR SDRAM) Graphic board : NVIDIA GeForce4 440 Go (Toshiba) (32 MB) Audio board : Yamaha YMF753 @ Intel 82801CAM ICH3-M - AC'97 Audio Controller [b-1] Hard disk : TOSHIBA MK4019GAX (40 GB, 5400 RPM, Ultra-ATA/100) DVD rom : MAT{censored}A UJDA720 DVD/CDRW (DVD:8x, CD:8x/4x/32x DVD-ROM/CD-RW) Is there a Leopard release for my notebook ? If so, which one do you suggest to try ? Another important question : this computer has a dvd reader but it is not possible to boot this notebook with a DVD disc. You can only use CD to boot. Is it possible to install a Leopard release (Kaliway,Iatkos,Jas,iDeneb) by booting the computer with the BOOT-132 method ? Thanks
Sosai X
That machine was released over six years ago. No version of OS X will run on it, no matter what you do.

Sosai X
No version of OS X will run on it, not even Tiger or anything. It's too old.
