Wont go to installation

Ok so I have a dell inspiron 1300 laptop and I want to install mac leopard on it.I downloaded kalyway and burned it,but when I boot to it it does the press any key or wait 8 seconds,then it says loading darwin,then a bunch of text comes and scrolls down and it just stops doing anything.....Can anyone help?

hi

right i am assuming that you are using intel? or amd? cos you dont mention that part.

Try installing a different version of the leopard install. Iatkos etc....

is your laptop using sata drive? there are a few things that can stop the install. So let us know exactly what you have, might be a pain in the bum to list everything but it is the only way you can get answers

And i might be wrong here but sse2 might only work on older versions, try aitkos v1

Hello. Im having an issue that sounds like the above issue. I have a new ASUS M50VM-B1 laptop. When I insert the disc, it boots, but it get stuck almost right away on this:

 

Kernel version:

Darwin Kernel Version 9.2.0: Sun Mar 2 00:11:08 SCT 2008; made by ToH:xnu-1228/BUILD/obj/RELEASE_1386

 

It goes no further after that.

 

I have the Kalaway 10.5.2 version and it installed fine on my older AMD machine.
