minko
Hy Peops, I bought a Intel D915GUXL Mainboard and it works fine. I can hear sound but when I go to the systemprofiler - Hardware - Audio it shows that the information was not found! Now it's strange because the Built in Audio should be recognized by OS X, or not? (Should be the same like the Dev Kit one..) The rest is ok: Grafic-Card, PCI Firewire, USB Bluetooth Donngle etc.. Cheers

sigxcpu
no problem. System Profiler seems not to be fully implemented. many things there show nothing.
68XdaveX86
I have the opposite problem. I have no sound but the drivers are loaded. I can even see the spectrum analyser in iTunes. However no sound comes out of the speakers. I have the D915GUX.

Including the line in or mic
68XdaveX86
I tried everything. I gave up and bought a Griffin iMic USB. It works perfectly without having to mess around with kexts.
