babyjenniferLB
Hiya i have a DVD with both 10.4.5 and 10.4.4 on it and i get to choose. witch one is going to be better for me to use without any hastle or worries. And this is based on speed, reliability, app support, crash rate, headack reduction, and anything else you can think of. Im upgradeing form 10.4.3 for skype support, and perhaps better rosseta support. i know 10.4.4 was the first compleat OS X86 version, 10.4.3 is still kinda a beta in comparison. Oh will i get ink well, dose rosseta run better i heard a lot of work went into 10.4.4 to get office working perfict. blackentangled
if you're into it, i think you should go for 10.4.5... i'm on 10.4.5 and i'm currently surfing the net, encoding/burning video, downloading, listening to music at the same time without crashes. babyjenniferLB
its part of osx tiger. its in all the ppc versions ive used. apple just dont talk about it much because it dosnt have much use without a tablet mac. its a hand writting reconistion, with jester support, and its perfict, puts windows tablet to shame, it just needs a mac tablet to shine. thrunner
Actually Inkwell will not show up in Sys Pref until a tablet is recognized. You can use a fairly inexpensive Wacom Graphire and it works surprisingly well. Just have to install the latest Wacom driver for OSX 4.94_4 and reboot. babyjenniferLB
i meant 3.6 instead of 3.7. Not good for my street cred if my 3.7oc is showing up as a pitty 3.6 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/12360-1045-or-1044/#findComment-79271 Share on other sites
