zkello
Hi i've installed iatkos 10.5.4 . I have no Qe/Ci support. So i did some research on these forums and installed nvkush. After i rebooted all i ended up with was black/blue screen so rebooted again using the -s option and it booted. My video card is a nvidia 256mb 8500gt. Is there anything i can do to fix this? to get Qe support? thanks
adrock42
did u try efi gfx strings? they work great on the 8800gt. use -s to delete the nvkush.kext and you should be cool to boot normal

limini
Try this. It covers lots of cards including the 8500GT.

zkello
Ok so far it hasn't worked, i either get a kernel panic or blank screen. Since then i have switched to a new 10.5.2 kalyway install and i still get the same errors. Using nvinstaller v.41 i always get a kernel panic. Is there something i should be doing differently?
