I've got a strange problem, LINE IN is working, because if I go in System Preference then sound, then I select Line IN, I can see the volume index that moves, so it feel the sound, but nothing exit either on line out or in headphones. Any help?

I even tried to record the line in with garageband and it WORKS (I can't hear but it records)!! After this, if I play the recorded sound, I've got the sound I've sent on the line-in, I can't hear it in "real-time".

Please, help :(

So I installed ALC888, removed AppleAzalia ext., AND alcinject... this MUCH improved my audio... but it is still unusable... it is laggy/choppy, etc. But better than anything so far... I have tested all the other 888 drivers (most don't give any audio), exept 888_3 works the same way... also tried 883 & 883_3output... but neither works... same with 889a... It is actually still unusable for anything but getting feedback that you ARE getting sound... like sometimes the alert sound will be okay, and sometimes stutter a lot, but playing a song for example, is worthless, but better than it was with ALCinject/Azalia!!!! I also removed apple02audio but that seemed to make it worse again.... any other suggestions? You guys can get your 2.1 working at least... I can't though... Any other advice?
