ovl
Hello, i have allready two PC's running with KALYWAY 10.5.2. and wanted also my big office PC with a ASUS P5B Deluxe Board to have the OSX86 running on it. On the other machines everything went very very easy and runs allready, but on the P5B i got the com.apple.Boot.plist not found error. Wanna boot from IDE DVD-RW Drive, install HD is SATA 1, an SATA 2 is also built in, but it just has "normal" data on it. Tried to find something in the forum, allready switched off the most chipset features but the error stays, as the DVD is the same i used with the other PC's I dont think its because of the burned DVD. Anyone has an idea and could help me, belonging the HCL the P5B Deluxe should work?!?! Plz help. Gujal
This is a well known issue of unable to boot from IDE DVD Drive plugged into JMicron IDE Controller There are two solutions 1. Get a SATA DVD Drive OR 2. Get Zef's Chameleon Boot loader PPF Patch for Kalyway 10.5.2 and patch you r ISO file and burn the patched ISO file to DVD and boot PS: And all your SATA controllers (Jmicron and Intel) need to be set to AHCI Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/121460-kalyway-1052-asus-p5b-deluxe-comapplebootplist-error/#findComment-859847 Share on other sites
