PeterHaas
Same for A205 (most), except the PCI-E 5-in-1 card reader won't work (no driver) and the Atheros WiFi card usually won't work, and the circumvention to install an ex-Dell Broadcom card usually won't work, either, not withstanding that both the Atheros and the Broadcom are supported by Leopard and have drivers for them. The burner is IDE and is from the UJ-85x family, which has always been a good burner. Dual-layer, too. The HD is SATA, as usual. I suspect Toshiba made the burner IDE so that two SATA HDs could be supported, on some models, but not the A205. Still, the A205 has a bay which could hold a second HD, but there is nothing inside. Anyway, the entry-level A205s have been seen at $429 at Circus Sitty, and that's a pretty good deal for a laptop which is nearly 100 percent compatible out of the box. photek
It seems like the A205 and similar models have a second set of HDD connectors only if two HDD's are installed from the factory. You can clearly see in this picture where the connectors should be soldered, dunno if it's possible to it yourself. From this review.
