1mla4e1
Ok so I installed Kalyway 10.5.2 and everything went through nice and smooth. It said my computer must restart (after the installa6tion was complete) so I let it restart and the apple loading screen came up almost immediately. Then the little loading thing popped up under the apple and it just keeps spinning. Let it go for about 30 minutes before I shut it off. I am running on a HP NC600 (Intel Pentium M Centrino) 1 gig ram. I know people have got OSX to run on these laptops. I disabled legacy USB, disabled speedstep, and enabled fan always on with ac. Tried booting with -f, -x, -v, and cpus=1. Nothing. Help! HERE IS A VIDEO OF WHAT HAPPENS Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/118995-kalyway-installed-but-hangs-at-apple-loading-screen/ Share on other sites
digitallysick
at the boot screen type -v and hit enter, it should show you what the hang up is , try again -v and take a screen shot once it freezes Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/118995-kalyway-installed-but-hangs-at-apple-loading-screen/#findComment-842861 Share on other sites
