jndrader
Well, tomorrow starts the tax free weekend here in Georgia so I'm buying my first Mac. A 20" iMac with 2.66 proc, 2GB of RAM, and the HD 2600 XT. Pretty excited. Now, I'm also purchasing Office 2008 for Mac. My wife currently uses Outlook(2003 I think) on her windows laptop but it's getting old so she'll use the Mac for email and Word. Is there any way that I can get her existing .pst file into Entourage? I'm having trouble finding anything on how to do it and that concerns me. Thanks much, Jason Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/118460-migrating-to-a-mac/ Share on other sites
FrankOS_Scripting
I'm not a very big believer in miracle. I'm concern by your question because in the past, I was a tech and this problem happened to me. A client buy a new Mac Book and she ask (to the tech service) to pass through is old PST file to Entourage Mac. After hours of desesperate search, I've never been able to transfer PST to Entourage. And yes, they had a ton of software on the net saying "we convert PST to Entourage guaranteed" and the first thing you know, that's {censored} up the pst and not converted in integer the file.. So, I can take a look another time for you on the net but I guaranty nothing. jndrader
Yeah, I did finally find a couple options. Outlook 2 Mac from littlemachines.com looks promising and is only $10. I'll report back whether or not it works. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/118460-migrating-to-a-mac/#findComment-839519 Share on other sites
