Whitesnake Posted July 4, 2008 Share Posted July 4, 2008 I'm trying to install Leopard on my UMPC which doesn't have an optical drive so I tried my External HD and Flash Drive and both failed. I tried restoring various different iso releases of OSX86 to my external hd with disk utility on my MacBook but neither would boot from the USB. Searching through the forum hasn't revealed any obvious technique to doing this as most are using an optical drive. Help would be greatly appreciated.
