I'm trying to install Leopard on my computer at the moment. I am installing onto a drive that already has WinXP and WinVista installed, but still has free partition, formatted as FAT32. So essentially, I am doing a triple-boot.

When I boot with Kalyway 10.5.2 DVD in my drive I get an error message saying:

System Config file '/com.apple.Boot.plist' not found

I have no idea what this means or what I can do about it. Can anyone help me out here?

Hi there,

If your ODD is SATA, some people had this message with earlier Kaly 10.5.

You can check:

- if your ODD is on the 0 or 1 plugs of your mobo (you didn't mention what mobo nor the whole rig you have, btw).

- if your SATA management is set on IDE or AHCI. Should work on AHCI.

If it's on IDE, I have no idea, then, sorry.

If you have IDE DVD Drive connected to JMicron Controller you will get this error. Get Zef's Chameleon boot loader patch for Kalyway 10.5.2 and patch the iso and then burn the patched ISO at 4x speed. This patched DVD should boot normally
