Hi everybody! First of all I'd like to say I read many treads but I've further questions before starting with tests. This is my actual situation:

I followed an italian guide for Kalyway version.

Leopard 10.5.2 kalyway installation was succesfully executed without any kind of modification in the BIOS (I've an IDE HHD). I choose the vanilla kernel with nvidia drivers injection 256 (nothing was selected in "graphic cards"), I added some program from the list (vlc, etc...) while others voices weren't touched: audio (there were selected 3, but I don't remember), lan, wifi, chipset, etc...

I read I didn't have to select more than one checkbox for each grop, but they were automatically checked, I didn't deselect them...

I rebooted and I logged in windows, I modified the boot.ini file (io avrei usato un boot loader, tipo quello di linux) and I added the chain0. I rebooted again but when I selected MacOsX it freeze on loading Darwin/x86 with the blinking cursor

I rebooted again loading -v parameter just to see what happened and I found this:

It freezes (I waited for 15 min just to be sure) then I pressed CTRL+ALT+CANC and (as adviced in the forum) rebooted using -v -x -platform=X86PC or -platform=ACPI parameters but I gained the same screen.

many people who have the same mainboard (but different CPU) or same CPU (mounted on a different mainboard) and make it works well, so I think it can work for me too somehow...

Now, from the first experience I understand I can try another kernel, true? In this case, have I to "erasing" the hard disk again with the tool?

thanks in advance.

Edit:

I've tried to reinstall ("erasing" the hd) checking only one driver for "group" e with the selected default kernel (the sleep) but nothing is changed. and then i tried to reinstall with all the default options checked (without "erasing" the hd) but again nothing appened...

What can i do to solve the problem?
