inspiron640m
Hi! I've been trying to install OSX 10.5.1 on my Dell Inspiron 640m, in order to do so I downloaded the Kalyway Leopard 10.5.1 iso then burnt it to a DVD using proper software. But now I have problems booting the DVD. When I start my computer it says "press any key to boot from disk", I then press a key. Then it loads for a bit and asks me to press enter for no options or to press F8 I tried pressing enter, it didnt load. so I then typed F8, then I typed "-v" (without quotes) then enter. Now is the problem: it seem to load fine for a while, then it comes back to the previous screen asking me to press either enter or f8. I've had a look on many web pages but i can't seem to find the problem so I'm asking you guys! My computer is compatible with this version of leopard 10.5.1, but the user who got it to work with his inspiron 640m used something called "EFI" and "MBR Partition". How do i use these? Many thx!!
